License Agreement for Schools
Updated: 1/14/2025
Before you sign up to use ULEARN at your school, you must understand and agree to this License Agreement.
If you haven't done so already, please first review and understand About ULEARN. Crucial information, like Data Security, How It Works, and Our Promise to You, is presented there and, for the most part, is not repeated on this page.
Work With Us — No Legal Action
Our promise to you is to act with integrity in protecting your data to the absolute best of our ability. If you choose to use ULEARN, you also make a promise and a committment, firstly, to not take any legal action against us. If you have a problem with the program, you can choose to not use ULEARN. You also have the option of setting up your account with a Customer Provided Database, and by doing so, you always have full access to all of your data, even if you cancel your ULEARN service with us. But for most problems, you just need to let us know about the problem, and we will do our best to get the problem resolved.
As much as we like to praise ULEARN, it is not perfect. It continues to be developed, and this improvement will occasionally introduce a software bug. When you discover a bug, please let us know. We will provide a page where you can submit bug reports, and we will get these addressed as soon as possible.
Plans — One Teacher on Community
The Community plan is free and is for a school run by one teacher: two staff logins (the owner's and the teacher's), one instructor record, one course at a time, and up to twenty students in class. A school with more than one teacher must use a paid plan. Registering each teacher of one school as a separate Community school, so that they appear to operate independently, is a breach of this agreement, and Ulearn may merge or close such schools.
Each school's owner gives one mobile number at sign-up. A member of the Ulearn team may call to confirm it. Nothing is withheld from a school while its number is unconfirmed.
